Payment Options

All billing will be sent via e-mail with the return of the file.  Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand.

PayPal is my preferred method of payment.

No further transcripts will be accepted if there is an outstanding bill of over $250.00 unless other arrangements have been made in writing.  There is a $25.00 fee that will be added to jobs not paid within 30 days.  Also, returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee.

I reserve the right to modify the page rate should the transcript be of exceptionally poor quality.  The reporter will be notified promptly to renegotiate the rates or have me return the transcript to them with payment only for pages completed.
